Using this double-sided magic wand you can achieve professional results with impressive depth and perfect definition. The creamy and water-resistant pencil helps you fill in and enhance your brows where hairs are missing and the micro-thin liquid pencil is used to define brows with thin, hair-like strokes. The sharp, pointy tip makes it possible to define even the smallest hairs in a natural way. How to:

1. Start by brushing your eyebrows upwards (with Hickap Eyebrow Duo Brush)
2. Choose the shade of Hickap Dream Brows Dual Definer that is closest to your natural brows
3. Use the creamy pencil side to fill in sparse areas and to outline the shape of the brow. Start from the bottom. Apply light strokes by flicking upward.
4. Flip the pen to use the ink stain’s brush tip to define and create thin hair-like strokes

Optional

5. Use the spoolie side on your Eyebrow Duo Brush to blend and create a natural result.
6. Apply Preppy Prime Setting Spray immediately after Dream Brows Dual Definer application to lock in your look.
