    Shipping information

    It depends on which shipping method you choose at checkout. In Sweden, we usually deliver within 1-3 working days. Outside Sweden it takes 2-7 working days.

    Returns

    To undo a purchase email us on info@hickap.com with which order number applies. If it is directly related to the ordering, this is rarely a concern.     Yes, all products are free from PFAS, silicone, sulfate and paraben.

    Hickap's Skin care products are based on moisturizing, protective and balancing ingredients, which the skin feels good even during pregnancy as dryness and extra sensitivity are common. Even the products that contain mildly exfoliating acids are so gentle that can be used if you are pregnant. Most products are also perfume -free.     All products are approved in the EU and manufactured according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) - a standard that ensures security, secure ingredients and good quality control.

    Yes, they are. Our makeup brushes are not made of animal hair.
