The toner wards off clogging, prevents blemishes and minimizes redness. Hydrating ingredients such as xylitol and betaine work to soften, repair, and balance the skin, leaving your complexion feeling like a clear canvas with a radiant glow. Suitable for all skin types, especially oily or blemish-prone skin.
