    HICKAP.com retains the right to refuse any purchase request from you and reserves the right to close your HICKAP.com account at its sole discretion. If your order is approved, we will notify you by email.

    4. CONTACT
    4.1 You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed an order on the Website. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a sales contract. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be created once your payment has been authorized by us and we have charged your credit or debit card.

    5. DISCOUNTS / SPECIAL OFFERS

    6. GIFT VOUCHERS
    6.1 Purchases of gift cards are made on hickap.com
    6.2 Gift vouchers will be delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provide at the time of ordering.
    6.3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed on our website as full or partial payment of products from our website. A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
    6.4 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    6,5. When purchasing a gift voucher, please ensure that the email address of the recipient is correct, as we will not be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the gift voucher.
    6.6 Discounts and sales offered on HICKAP do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
    6.7. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
    6,8. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without authorization and no compensation will be given.

    7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
    7.1. The prices indicated on the website apply to all orders placed via the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Any charges will be clearly shown in the “Total cost” section.
    7,2. HICKAP has the right to change or update information at any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions displayed on the Website.
    7,3. If incorrect details have been provided for an item you have purchased, HICKAP will notify you of this error and give you the option to confirm your order or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) days, we will cancel the order. If your order has been canceled and you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.

    8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    8.1. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly displayed when applicable and included in the “Total Cost” section at checkout.
    8,2. We do a pre-check on the card used to make sure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be shipped until the payment has been authorized.
    8.3. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability.

    9. FORCE MAJEURE
    9,1. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible. These delays or causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, war, strikes or labor disputes, riots or crime.
